These terms govern use of the Elm Harbor Controls website and informational materials about audits for fintech. Engagement work is governed by a separate engagement letter.
Acceptance
By accessing https://dataroutingtech.digital you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site. Requesting an estimate through the contact form does not create an audit engagement until both parties sign an engagement letter.
Services described
Descriptions of audits for fintech, readiness reviews, funds-flow assessments, and briefings are informational. Fees shown are guidance only. Scope, deliverables, and fees for a specific engagement are those stated in the signed letter.
Intellectual property
Site content, including field notes, methodology text, and brand marks, belongs to Elm Harbor Controls or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse materials without prior written consent, except for fair personal reference with attribution.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the site, submit malicious content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when requesting an estimate.
Liability
The website is provided as general information. Elm Harbor Controls is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of public site content. Liability arising from a paid engagement is limited as set out in the engagement letter and applicable Taiwan law. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
